Race Pace serves as a reliable race time predictor tailored for runners. Functioning similarly to established calculators like Riegel or McMillan, this app allows users to input their best performance for a specific race distance, which subsequently estimates finish times for up to 20 additional distances, ranging from 200 meters to 50 miles.

The app is particularly useful for conducting time trials to assess fitness levels and evaluate the feasibility of achieving milestones such as a Boston Qualifier. It also provides insights into potential 10K performances based on recent 5K times.

Beyond race predictions, Race Pace automatically generates training paces that align with your current fitness or targeted race. The suggested training paces include various categories such as tempo runs, steady-state workouts, and long runs. These suggestions are grounded in common estimates yet can be fully customized to accommodate individual training plans.

Once users establish their goal times and paces, the app simplifies track workouts by generating precise splits. This feature eliminates the need for mental calculations during sessions, thereby enhancing training efficiency.

Furthermore, all race predictions, track splits, and training paces can be conveniently emailed to coaches or friends with a single touch.
